Al, Rah & I attended fashion week in Seattle for the second year in arrow. We were able to go to VOGUE, 7Salon and Zebra Club shows. All of them were great. As a New Yorker at heart I'm always surprised when I see Seattle people stepping out. The first time my mouth dropped a little. People came dressed to impress and with no flip flops (thank you!) Here are so photos from this year and last. And with saying dress to impress, yes I know I'm probably showing my age. Enjoy!

Welcome to my blog. This is a story about a person (me) who loves fashion, works in fashion and who studies fashion. So why do I find myself now living in Seattle? I hate flip flops and no one is taking me camping or hiking in anybody's woods. Sorry!! Not my thing. This meant I had to go out, explore and find people who shared my interest and not just in fashion but also art, culture and good food. Now one would think I'm asking a lot of a city that is not really known for its fashion scene or sense. After all it's not NYC, my home town. It's not even Chicago, Miami, Atlanta or San Francisco. But it is a city, a small beautiful city and I'm here. And if I'm here there has to be others, right?
